Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Tattoo Lab Ink ($9.99/mo) or Artist ($19.99/mo) subscription at any time from your account settings. Each plan starts with a 3-day trial — cancel before it ends and you are never charged. After the trial, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep full access to unlimited AI tattoo designs, HD downloads, all tattoo styles, and skin try-on until that date.

Refund Policy

Tattoo Lab is a fully digital service — there are no physical goods to return. Your first payment is backed by a 7-day money-back guarantee. Outside that window, payments for partially used billing periods are non-refundable; refunds are also considered for billing errors, duplicate charges, or documented technical failures that prevented use of the service.
