1. Digital Subscription Refunds

Tattoo Lab is a digital service: custom AI tattoo designs are generated instantly once you describe your idea and pick a style. Every plan starts with a 3-day trial (no charge during the trial), and we back your first payment with a 7-day money-back guarantee — if you are charged and are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days for a full refund.

Our plans — Ink ($9.99/month) and Artist ($19.99/month) — each begin with a 3-day trial and then bill monthly, and you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Outside the money-back window, subscription payments are generally non-refundable.

However, refunds may be issued if:

• You were charged twice for the same billing period
• You were charged after cancelling your subscription before the renewal date
• There was a verified technical issue that prevented you from generating tattoo designs from your prompts

You must contact us within 7 days of the charge.

2. No Refunds For

• Change of mind
• Dissatisfaction with a particular AI tattoo design
• Submitting unclear prompts or unsupported reference images
• Using the service incorrectly
• Partially used billing periods after cancellation

3. How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@aitattogenerator.com with:

• The email address associated with your account
• Payment receipt
• Description of issue

We respond within 48 hours.

4. Chargebacks

Filing an unsubstantiated chargeback may result in account suspension.
